AGENTLIVE · LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Effective 25 October 2026 · Seller: agentlive
1. Your agreement with agentlive
AgentLive is provided by agentlive (the seller). You contract with agentlive for access to the service; purchases are resold by Paddle as described below. By accessing or continuing to use AgentLive, you accept these terms. You must be of legal age to enter a contract and, when acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.
AgentLive lets you create AI agents, chat or speak with them, and use a remotely hosted browser for online research and website tasks. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
2. Acceptable use and website actions
Do not use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, intellectual-property infringement, malware, security probing, unauthorised scraping, or interference with another service. Do not bypass safety filters, jailbreak models, circumvent technical limits, reverse-engineer or resell the service. Respect the terms and access restrictions of websites your agent visits.
Tasks may execute directly on websites without a separate approval prompt. You are responsible for instructions and authorised actions, including forms, messages, purchases and deletion. Do not delegate actions you are not authorised to perform. You can stop tasks or take manual control of the browser.
3. AI outputs and professional advice
You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to all input content, verifying outputs and deciding how to use them. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Flight and hotel prices may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Property research is not a certified valuation. Outputs are general information, not financial, investment, legal, tax or other regulated professional advice, and are not recommendations to buy or sell. Obtain qualified human oversight where appropriate.
4. Intellectual property and content
agentlive retains ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. Subject to these terms and your selected plan, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights you hold in your inputs. To the extent permitted by law and provider terms, agentlive does not claim ownership of your generated outputs; outputs may not be unique or protectable. Third-party rights remain unaffected.
You grant agentlive permission to host and process your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Rights holders may submit infringement or takedown complaints to agentlive using the seller contact details accompanying a Paddle purchase, or ask Paddle at paddle.net to identify the seller contact for their transaction. Identify the protected work, disputed content and your authority to complain. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for infringement; repeated infringement may result in termination.
5. Pricing, credits and payments
See our public pricing for the monthly per-agent fee and credit usage rates. Credits pay for eligible usage separately from the agent subscription. Credit purchase amounts, any additional charges, applicable taxes and renewal details must be disclosed before you confirm a purchase. Live billing is not yet enabled; published usage rates are not currently being charged.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics. Subscriptions, when available, renew monthly unless cancelled through Paddle; cancellation stops future renewals. Our Refund Policy describes refund requests. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Availability and suspension
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Websites and external providers may be unavailable or change their services. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may restrict content or tasks to protect users, third parties and the service.
You can delete your account and associated workspace data in Settings. Third-party data is subject to the provider’s retention obligations, and records required for legal compliance may be retained. See our Privacy Notice. Changes to these terms will be published here; material changes will be brought to your attention where required by law.
