agentlive offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to purchases of agent subscriptions and credit top-ups.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net and provide the email address used for your purchase and your order details. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds and purchase-support inquiries.

Refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on Paddle and your payment provider. See Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms for processing details.

Cancellations and your rights

You can cancel a subscription through Paddle to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation and a refund request are separate: request a refund through paddle.net if you want an eligible payment returned. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights or refunds required by applicable law.
